1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Afkar AlDar ("we", "us", "our"), operated in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing or placing an order through our website or concierge service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered clients, corporate procurers, and customers making purchases within the UAE or internationally for UAE delivery.

2. Custom Orders & Digital Proof Approvals

Afkar AlDar specializes in bespoke luxury gift curations, featuring gold hot-stamped monograms, custom satin ribbons, and personalized calligraphic greeting cards.

• Proof Review: For customized items, digital previews are sent via WhatsApp or email for client approval before crafting commences.
• Modifications: Changes to typography or personalized text can be made freely prior to final confirmation. Once crafting commences, alterations may incur material replacement fees.

3. Pricing, Currency & VAT

All pricing presented or quoted via our concierge is in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and includes the mandatory 5% UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) Value Added Tax (VAT).

Official tax invoices complete with TRN documentation are provided upon order confirmation for both corporate and private accounts.

4. Payment & Secure Processing

We process payments via certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with 256-bit encryption. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and local payment methods.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
